Individual Health Coaching Session
Do you long for a chance to talk some stuff out?
We offer an objective, trained listening session focused on YOU and YOUR health.
During this session, you will have a chance to reflect on where you are in life and where you want to be.
Then we determine how you might make a small change or two, in order to get closer to these goals. During the session, we focus heavily on your goals and any roadblock keeping you from achieving them.
The intention is to empower you to take charge of your own health.
One session can go a long way to helping YOU figure out the best way forward in life.
During this focused conversation, you will state what is most important and what you need to do to get there. You will find great power in this intentionality. This is a chance to be more of who you really are.
What is standing in your way? Let us help you get there.
We will focus on any area of life that is getting in the way of your health goals. Some examples of areas we may investigate:
- Food choices and eating plan
- Physical activity
- Spiritual practice
- Behavior patterns
- Cravings for sugar, coffee, alcohol or any such addictive or inflammatory substances
- Sleep quality
Clearly, in one session, we cannot cover each of these topics.
We will dig into 1-3 areas that are out of balance or that you wish to focus on right now. They might be even be connected.
Sessions last 50 minutes
You will receive one follow-up email with any additional research, links or helpful tips included.
